Fort Worth Main Street Art Festival 2014

Main Street is arriving soon and I am looking forward to being in the area to view some of the most outstanding artist in the nation as well as being in town to network, get exposure and enjoy the civilians and many visitors that will be here in Fort Worth. There will be live bands and great food and many other creative and incredible events in the area.

What is the Main Street Art Festival?

Main Street Fort Worth Art Festival is an event, usually in the beginning of spring that features some of the most amazing and creative work in the nation as well across the globe. It features artist in the following areas

• DIGITAL
• DRAWING PASTELS
• EMERGING ARTIST
• FIBER
• GLASS
• JEWELRY
• LEATHER
• METALWORK
• MIXED MEDIA
• PAINTING
• PHOTOGRAPHY
• PRINTMAKING
• SCULPTURE
• WOOD
• DRAWING PASTELS

Considering that this show is to be one of the top art shows and festivals in the nation,  you can imagine how tough it is to get into this show as well as the work that will be presented here. All artist have to apply to get into this show and is judge by a jury with artistic excellence. Those selected are invited and can participate in the festival to display, share and sell their work.

So what will Rushton Accessories be doing here?

Since I am not selected to be in the show this year. I will be doing a show not even a minute away from the festival. I, along with a few friends will be in the Featured Artist Art show in the Historic Flatiron show. We will be here during the entire festival from April 9 - 13th. I will have a few pieces to display this year and will take custom orders and answering questions.
